A VERY warm welcome awaits you at the Casa Ianda bed and breakfast in Andalucia.

This bed and breakfast is a permanent home for Brenda and Ian Lee and is situated on a new small development of individually designed Andaluz style private villas in an area of Andalucia which boasts outstanding natural beauty.

Car hire is essential for anyone planning a stay at the Casa Iana bed and breakfast, unless you would like to spend your time in Andalucia relaxing by the pool and eating the food provided in the bed and breakfast. If this is the case, airport collection/drop off can be arranged. Parking is also available immediately outside the bed and breakfast for anyone choosing to hire a car.

Accommodation

The Casa Iana bed and breakfast has two guest bedrooms available to book for anyone planning a trip to Andalucia.

The first guest bedroom is at pool level with private access down a flight of outside stairs. This bedroom is very spacious and has twin beds, although these can be pushed together to make a Super-King sized double if pre-arranged. The room also boasts a spectacular view over lake and is situated right by the 8m x 4m/26 foot x 13 foot pool. There is a full bedroom suite (double wardrobe, dressing table/drawers plus 2 x bedside cabinets), large en suite bathroom with shower, fridge/honesty-mini bar, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities/hospitality tray, powerful/virtually silent ceiling fan for Summer use and heating for Winter stays. Hot water bottles are also available on request. This can be a family room by the addition of a single Z Bed and, although we recommend a maximum of 3 people for comfort and space, one adult or up to 2 young children can also be accommodated on a comfortable double inflatable mattress.

The second guest bedroom adjoins the first, leads on to the 100 square meter pool terrace and has identical facilities apart from the fact that this has a double bed rather than twins and is slightly smaller.

Either room can be booked on a room only basis (no breakfast)

• Choice of 4 terraces - roof (a real Winter sun trap!), covered/breakfast, front of house or 100 square meter pool terrace with sunbeds provided

Smoking is permitted at the Casa Iana bed and breakfast, but only immediately outside your door/on any outside terrace. We request that the bedrooms, breakfast terrace and living room are kept smoke free.
